Cartridge heater Technical Specification:

     1. Voltages available: 380V, 240V, 220V, 110V, 36V, 24V or 12V

Wattage Tolerance: +5%, -10%

       2. Max operating temp: 870oC (1600F)

       3. Length tolerance: ± 2% or 3.2mm (1/8”), whichever is greater.

       4. Camber tolerance: 1.7mm per meter (0.020” per foot).

       5. Diameter tolerance: Diameter at each end may vary +0.05mm -0.1mm (+.002" -.004") 

     6. Delivery time: 7-14 working days. However, many sizes are kept in stock. Please contact the factory for assistance.

     7. Internal thermocouple: type J or K;

     8. Thermocouple Location: Disc End, Sheath, Center of Heater;

     9. Insulation resistance (cold): ≥ 50 MΩ;

10. Maximum leakage current (cold): ≤ 0.5 mA;
